Allow me to sit with you, for my energies to calm and to comfort you, to bring you the reassurances that are needed as you journey on. Put aside thoughts that compassion, and love are a weakness, allow yourself to see them instead as the force that they are, to recognize the magic that can be held within a gentle word or a kind touch. For these are the things that can change lives, that can raise up those in struggle, those in conflict, that can restore the light for those who feel no hope. I do not mean that you should be weak, that you should allow for others to exert power over you, but that in your manner, in your willingness to see beyond your own needs you can express thoughts and perspectives that can calm the waters for all.

Let me assist you in your own journey, in times when there is overwhelm, when you feel the darkness closing in, feel me around you, a protective wall, a safe space for emotions to felt, for all that is needed to be released. I will keep you safe, I will bring you comfort, I will light your way back from the darkness.
