Eye Trauma Release
This session is intended to release trauma that is being held in and around the eyes and third eye. This stored trauma can impact your vision and comfort, can create headaches or migraines, pain in the ears and can impact many other areas within the body beyond.
There is connection between this trauma being held and the root chakra, as I worked on the grid Metatron asked, "what are you afraid to see?" This ties back to trauma from this lifetime and past that can impact your ability to feel safe and to trust yourself and others.
