This ritual works within your energy to begin this journey, allowing you to work with the powerful energies to bring healing to yourself as well as the generational and ancestral energies connected to this wound.
We advise that you rest in stillness as you come to this ritual, giving yourself an opportunity to immerse yourself in its powerful energies and the intention that it holds. This can be an emotional experience so please allow yourself time to absorb and integrate these energies.
The music continues for a time after the words have ended to allow you to come from this space in gentleness as you feel ready.

The crystal grid used was created and activated with the energies of Shekinah, and the Divine Feminine Energies who support this work. This ritual works too with your generational line (Your great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, and yourself) as well as Ancestral energies.
You do not need to look at the grid during this ritual to absorb its energies. You may feel the energy from this ritual strongly or you may not, either way is fine, the work is done for you regardless.
