Retrieving Soul Parts

Soul parts can be lost during traumatic events in your current lifetime or any past lifetime. During these traumatic events the soul is overwhelmed and breaks off a piece of itself in order to escape the immediate trauma of an assault, murder, or other similarly traumatic event. At other times, soul parts can be lost during the grieving process from the death or separation from a loved one that leads the soul to give a piece of itself to that loved one in an attempt to maintain the connection. This process harms the giver and does not benefit the receiver either. Soul parts can also be lost during similar events that can occur in between incarnations, resulting in the parts being held in the Liminal Realm.

Retrieving lost soul parts is a powerful spiritual practice to heal a soul fractured by trauma. A soul is not as robust or dynamic without all of their parts present. By returning all of your soul parts to you, you can be made whole again.
