Emotional trauma can take many forms, wounds that are different for each that can impact your your life in profound ways. These sessions can assist you to see and to release wounds that are held from this lifetime and past, and to reclaim parts of yourself that have been hidden or restricted. We work with Angelic energies and other guides to help you to address these wounds on a soul level to assist you to move forward in new ways.
Each of these sessions will address a different grouping of restrictions, allowing you to travel deeper into your healing journey and to release yourself from what has held you back in this lifetime and those before.

Healing with Metatron
This is a personalized session led. by Metatron with the intention of releasing emotional trauma, bringing guidance and healing around the wounds that are shown. This session is personalized to meet your exact needs at this time, with your best and highest interests in mind.
As we remove trauma and blocks that are ready to be released, Metatron will show me past lifetimes (here or on other planets) that can provide information on where the trauma originated. Guilt Release
Guilt acts as a toxin within the human body, it can create new traumas, make us feel deserving of struggle, make us doubt and fear our own behaviors, fear what we are capable of, fear repeating past actions and outcomes, but guilt can also manifest as physical pain, prolonged health conditions, or deterioration of physical or mental abilities. Guilt has the ability to move and to grow within the body, manifesting differently for each depending on where within the body it is being held.
In this session we work in your energy to release and clear guilt that is being held from this lifetime and past incarnations. Relationship Trauma Removal
This service can benefit relationships where there is a feeling of disconnect and separation, discomfort, or dis ease. Often this is most visible between family members or others that are closely within your life. There may be a feeling of challenge in their energy, a feeling that something is blocking you from connecting as you should. Where there are past life or energetic causes for this I will work with Metatron to clear and remove the energetic blocks that are affecting your connection. For each this will be different and very specific to your situation, as the blocks are cleared Metatron will give information about the causes of the trauma and understanding around it.
This service can be done for up to 3 souls connected to the same trauma, if it is not possible for you to get consent from all involved, we can connect to their higher selves for them to accept the energies. The healing is done on a soul level and so the souls we work on can be living or departed. Empath Support
The dictionary definition of an Empaths is "one who experiences the emotions of others", for those of us who are empathic we know the weight that this can bring to our lives. To be understanding of the emotions of others is a powerful tool, but where you take those energies into yourself, as you absorb and carry them as your own it can easily create overwhelm. Masking from you your own needs and desires, amplifying emotions already held, and blocking you from choices and opportunities through energies that are not your own.
